Our responsible AI commitment
The principles that guide how we recommend, build, and support AI for our clients.
We put people in charge
AI assists your team. It doesn't replace human judgment. Any AI output used for client communication, financial, legal, or clinical decisions should be reviewed by a qualified person before it's used, and we design workflows with that review built in.
We protect your data
We identify sensitive and regulated information before recommending any tool. We favor tools that don't use your data for training, that control how long information is retained, and that support access controls and activity logs. We don't place client data into tools you haven't approved.
We're transparent
We explain what each AI tool does, what data it touches, and where its limits are. When AI interacts directly with your clients, we recommend making that clear to them.
We test for accuracy and fairness
AI can make mistakes and can reflect bias in the data it learned from. We test solutions with real scenarios before launch, monitor results afterward, and adjust when output falls short.
We give honest advice
We'll recommend against AI when a simpler solution works better, when the risk outweighs the benefit, or when a task should stay fully in human hands.
We keep learning
AI tools, regulations, and risks change quickly. We review our own practices regularly and update our recommendations as the landscape shifts.
