NorthStar Strategic AI grew out of our work at Omega Tecks L.L.C., a security-focused managed IT provider serving the Kansas City metro since 2021. As more of our clients asked how to use AI safely, it became clear the work deserved its own focus. NorthStar is that focus, backed by the same security discipline.
Meet our founder
Jason Mance, Founder and CEO
Jason has more than 30 years of experience in information technology, including years supporting healthcare systems in long-term care settings, where accuracy and privacy aren't optional.
In 2021 he founded Omega Tecks with zero customers and built it into a security-focused managed IT provider for small and midsize businesses. As AI moved from curiosity to everyday tool, he put it at the center of how he helps clients work more efficiently, and launched NorthStar Strategic AI to make that help the main event.
He's based in Olathe and still prefers a face-to-face conversation to a slide deck.
